How quickly will I get a reply?
Kustplanner has no help desk: a human reads along, between two other things, but every message is followed up. If you leave the e-mail field empty we cannot send anything back — your message is still read.
I see a mistake in an event. What do you need from me?
The name of the event, the day you saw it listed, and what is wrong (time, place, price, or that it is not happening). Handy but not required: the link to the page that has it right. With those four things it is usually put straight in five minutes.
Does this cost anything, and who is behind it?
