Fireworks over the sea at the Rauschenbergplein, closing the Noordzeefakkeltocht. The town's two pages disagree on the time: the fireworks page says 22:30-22:45, the torch-procession page says 22:45-23:00, after the procession that leaves at 21:45.
50th edition: hundreds of torches light the coastline. Parade with music and costumed dancers at 21:15, torch walk on the beach at 21:45, fireworks to close the evening. Come on foot or by bike.
Evening market in the Schoolstraat; De Kust lists 16:00-23:59 and Middelkerke's own market list gives no times. The closest one to Nieuwpoort - about ten minutes.
