Annual Friday-evening street run through the historic centre: 10 miles (18:10), 10 km (18:55), 5 km and adapted G-run 3.2 km (19:05), plus a free kids run at 18:15. Entry 9-12 EUR in advance (until 4 Sep), doubled after; great to watch from the square.

Historic centre, Veurne
Free heritage expedition through the historic centre (13:00-18:00): monuments, hidden spots, the city carillonneur and a renovated town castle; optional tasting add-on 10 EUR. Also open: Bakery Museum 10:00-17:00 (free tours), Sint-Karels windmill 10:00-17:00 (only ground floor wheelchair-accessible, kids under supervision) and Bulskamp church with organ concerts.
